Agent Labs Raises $1 Million in Pre-Seed Round

We’re excited to announce that Agent Labs has raised $1 million in a pre-seed round to bring liquidity to historically locked assets. Agent's approach accelerates the adoption of smart contract accounts and “accounts as an asset class - making smart wallets (and thus the assets tied to them) tradeable.

Agent is backed by The Block’s Larry Cermak & Frank Chaparro, BRC-20 Creator Domo, Mr. Block, Abstract (f.k.a. Frame) Founders 0xCygaar & 0xBeans, Caladan, and founders from MetaStreet, Skip Protocol, Metadrop, Thruster, Hologram, Nest Wallet, and is advised by ERC-6551 co-author Vectorized.

What is Agent?

Agent is the premier all-in-one platform for earning and trading points (even pre-TGE) and locked tokens (post-TGE) through the flexible creation and management of Sub-Accounts.

Users can unlock the potential of any asset in their portfolio, farm effectively, and realize gains on the points they’ve been grinding for at any time of a project’s life cycle. This also means late entrants don’t have to start from scratch. Projects can connect sophisticated capital allocators with farming opportunities, driving further growth and increasing TVL.

Agent’s platform consists of three pillars:

• the Account Platform: creation and management of endless Sub-Accounts to get maximum flexibility in your farming strategy.

• the App Store: seamless connection to popular dApps such as EigenLayer, ether.fi, Pendle and many others for easy points farming.

• the Account Marketplace (coming soon): trustless trading of Sub-Accounts holding points or locked tokens on a fair and transparent market, just like an NFT.

Agent was co-founded by Jimmy Xue (former Velodrome co-founder) and Greg Lim (formerly The Block’s Head of Corporate Development).
